Pat Goodale

pat-goodalePat Goodale, the owner and chief instructor of PFT, is a professional firearms instructor and consultant with more than 35 years of experience.

Pat served for 22 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Intelligence and Special Operations Officer, and as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor. Since leaving the Marine Corps, Pat has worked extensively in the tactical training, security and personal protection fields for a number of international companies. His experience as an instructor covers the entire spectrum of modern small arms. He has developed programs of instruction, courses of fire, scenarios and training programs for Law Enforcement and Special Operations Forces and provided training and direct operational support for Law Enforcement, Military and Intelligence units, Foreign Governments, Heads of State, and Private Corporate clients.

Pat conducts a variety of citizen, law enforcement, and military firearms training programs at various locations nationwide, and serves as a consultant specializing in executive, corporate security and risk assessment.

Robert Jones
Robert JonesPFT Senior Instructor
Robert Jones is a retired police sergeant and SWAT team leader from a major southeastern US metro area. He has also served, post retirement, as a Reserve Deputy for an agency in the Mountain West. He has held state POST certifications as a Basic SWAT instructor, Critical Incident Response instructor, First Responder instructor, Diversionary Device instructor, Physical Fitness instructor/trainer and has been a state certified Advanced EMT. He is also an NRA certified Firearms Instructor and he is a long standing member of the National Tactical Officers Association. Robert has been an instructor with PFT since 2006.
Bart Baker
Bart BakerPFT Senior Instructor
Bart Baker’s experience includes serving over 13 years with Greenbrier County Sheriff Department and 11 years on the SWAT team. In addition he served 8 years active duty in U.S. Air Force Security Police. He is a WV State Certified Law Enforcement Instructor in handgun, rifle, shotgun, response to domestic violence and SWAT tactics. Other certifications include: Taser instructor, NTOA and CTS certified less lethal instructor, Glock Armorer, and NRA Pistol instructor. Bart has been with PFT since 2007.
Wayne Fisher
Wayne FisherPFT Senior Instructor
Wayne Fisher comes from a military/law enforcement and intelligence background, with time spent on multiple homeland security and drug task forces. He holds state and national law enforcement instructor certifications for handgun, patrol rifle, shotgun, impact/chemical munitions, flashbangs, OC, shoothouse operations, tactical medicine, and incident response to terrorism bombings. Wayne has been with PFT since 2010.
